"My grade 1 teacher took us on a tour of Montmartre bakery when I was 5 years old. I was completely amazed when one of the workers worked dough from flower/water yeast into handmade dough eventually braiding ribbons of dough into a loaf of bread. This was the first time that I had seen anyone with this level of artistic hand skills."
